Looking for long-sleeve sports-bra

I'm looking to make a scene with a character wearing a kind of futuristic/racy sportwear getup and I'm using the following pic as a reference.  I'm not sure about the bottom, though they seem fairly straightforward, but I'm having a hard time finding something out there as a starting point for the top.  Is there a product out there that has the basic long-sleeve/sport-bra look?

That is a cool top. It could be done with trans maps, but I would like to see one with actual geometry done like that

Both parts are neat, hence my desire to use it.  You're right, it could be done with maps.  I found a product or two, but I'd really have to work them over to get it how I want, so I thought I'd start with seeing if there was an existing product our there that might be closer.
