FSL Ultra Layered Makeups for Genesis 3 and 8 Female

Hi there,

Having an issue with FSL Ultra Layered Makeups for Genesis 3 and 8 Female.  Some of the files are showing up in smart conten as "lost and found" and others seem to be missing thumbnails so I can't tell what I'm putting on the figure. I've attached a screen shot.

    PS: I've uninstalled & reinstalled it and still having the same issue with this product.

    If you right-click on it in the products list does it have an Install option or an Uninstall option?

    Thanks for trying to help, Richard.  It had an install option, so I clicked on that but I am still seeing the same things as my screen shot above.

    I also tried uninstalling from DIM & DS (It was still available in DS after uninstalling through DIM).  I then reinstalled through DS and am still seeing the same thing.  If you have other suggestions, I'll be happy to try them out.

    I installed via DIM and see missing thumbnails as well.  I've opened a help ticket so hopefully they'll fix it and push out an update.

    The Install/Uninstall query was mainly as a double check that it hadn't been installed via Connect, as can happen if DS is connected and you open a product that it thinks isn't there. If you leave that Connect install you will need to update via Connect once the issue is fixed, assuming it isn't just metadata.

    Hate to resurrect a dead thread, but I have a couple of questions.

    First, is this compatible with 3Delight? If so, how do you make the lipstick glossy?

    And is anyone out there nice enough to provide a list of the numbered components and name the color for each one? To help the colorblind. Not joking.
