FBX Exporting 2 Sets of Bones and not Posing

Hi I'm hoping someone can help me solve this problem. I'm using this astronaut rig and when I try to export the FBX and open in Cinema 4D, there are 2 sets of bones- one posed and one in the default T-Pose, the mesh unfortunately is not attahing itself to the posed version. Is there some setting that will change this?
