Details of the clothing and figure would help, but you could check to see if the skirt has an option to "Expand all', or fit morphs for better adjustment. Failing that, try increasing the scale of the skirt (hip or pelvis), and you can even change just the individual x,y,z scaling, if you know how to un-hide properties. Good luck, and don't be hesitant to experiment, And, of course, you can just hide the underwear, unless it's meant to show under the skirt.
You can either apply a push modifier to the skirt or add a geoshell to the figure (geoshell has a push modifier) and set the the skirts collision to the geoshell.
Thanks for your replies.
I'm afraid i'm not happy with the results. The first one i tried it just makes the skirt so thick and large and the second method it just doesn't work or i can't get it to work.
You can create a new surface by selecting the poly you want to hide (geometry tool editor) and then make this surface invisible in the surface editor
You could also use Zev0's Fit control to adjust that area on the figure.
you could also use a dformer to adjust either the skirt or the panties
Here's another thing to try...
Select the skirt and go to the Parameters tab. Choose the "Mesh Smoothing" section (if it doesn't have one, click on "Edit > Object > Geometry > Add Smoothing Modifier" in the menu to add one).
Make sure that "Enable Smoothing" is set to "On", and change the "Collision Item" from the G8F to the panties. If that doesn't solve the issue immediately, try increasing the "Collision Iterations" and/or "Smoothing Iterations" until it does.
Regarding Push Modifier:
It adds an Offset dial to your Parameters. The default value of 1 is almost always too much; just adjust it to .1 or something and see if you can get it at the right value without looking goofy.
Yet another option is to use Create -> New Push Modifier Weight Node, which will allow you to paint a weight map so that the thickness is only added where you want.

ETA: You could do this for the skirt and push the problem area out, or do this for the panties and push the problem area in.
as barbult wrote above:
If the panty isn't supposed to show in the picture anyway, just let them girls go commando!
Also, even though it isn't visible to the camera, the GPU still loads the geometry and textures for it. It's slowing your render down and taking up valuable VRAM.
+1
All of your methods they were very helpful and i was be able to hide the underwear by using Modifier Weight Node and deforming.
It's not perfect as i'm not really experienced but, so much better than before.
Thank you very much, i appreciate that.
@Wallflower "All of your methods they were very helpful and i was be able to hide the underwear by using Modifier Weight Node and deforming."
Why didn't you just delete the panty from the scene?
If you wanted to have it koaded, but hide it for some reason, go to the Scene tab and click the "eye" icon to hide the desired object.
As it is, you chose the harder/est way to do what you wanted.
