Render error "Error saving"

I dont know what is going on but for some reason I can no longer render. I get this error.

I have no idea what it means but I can no longer render it goes to 99% kicks up the error. I tried saving a new image but it still does it. I need to render. I have no idea what is wrong please help.

 

Edit: the only thing I seem to have done is restore meta data

Go to the folder listed in the error and empty it of any files that are there, then try rendering again.

Turns out that somehow the E drive got disconnected. I went to go there and realized it wasnt in my computer. Thanks for the help
