DIM is not recognizing purchases and downloading

None of the products that I purchased during Monday's coupon sale are recognized by DIM, downloaded, or installed. Logout/in and restarts do not change the outcome.

Did you get an email receipt showing the order number, so you know for sure that the purchase was completed? If you go to your account online and select the Product Library, do they show up there?
I've had a similar problem and found a hint that suggested clicking on the 2 circular arrows above the search box on the right. This apparently refreshes the DAZ software and DAZ product library connection. My guess is, if a purchase is made after the DIM is opened, it doesn't know the product is there until refreshing.
Yes, I have an email confirmation of the order and am able to manually download/install them.

Are the items in a category that you do not have checkmarked in the Download Filters in DIM? Some people had issues recently with products being hidden when they did not have a checkmark on Connect Available.
I am familiar with DIM download filters and no, they are not hidden. They show as installed in DIM and are available for use in DS, but have no indication of such, in etierh content tab.
Now I'm confused. Your original post in this thread says the newly purchased products do not show up in DIM. Your latest message says they show up in DIM as installed.
They show up installed after manual install. * Note that I said it would not install them, that I can and did install them manually.
