How do I install this hair?

Hi all. I'm going crazy trying to install this hair for a character and it wont work. Here is the hair. https://kayleyss.deviantart.com/art/Trish-Hair-670558154 ;   I already purchased the character pack from this store (triss), and every time I load up the triss model, she comes bald with no hair. So I click on "hair" on the left side under the "smarte content" tab. The option is not there. 

Here is what I did:

The zip folder has 4 folders from its main zip menu (Runtime, People, Documentaion, data), each has sub folders with materials in them as well. I went to C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library and merged the zip folders with them. Nothing. I also went to C:\Users\Sil Gaming\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library and noticed the same 4 folders were there as well. Merged those as well. Nothing. I think I attached the correct log file while I trying to open the hair straight from the folder. The bottom part is the most recent of my attempts. 

Edit: Please explain to me like I'm an idiot and tell me what I need to do as if you were explaining to a child. I'm VERY new to all this and this is my second day even knowing Daz3d or and software like this exist. 

Please help me and tell me what I'm doing wrong. I can see the character and it loads up just fine minus the hair.

You're loading the incorrect file. Use the Trish Hair.duf file and not the DSA script found in the runtime support directory.

 

Check if you placed the files in the correct directories. Since this freebie hair has metadata included, it should appear in your Smart Content tab,

Smart Content -> Hair

 

If it's not there, go to your My Library (not My DAZ 3D Library).

Content Library -> Daz Studio Formats -> My Library -> People -> Genesis 3 Female -> Hair -> Kayleyss

 

If it's still not there, the files are in the wrong directories.
