I use pre-sets for applying emissive shaders to props but often they're too bright. Does anyone know how to lower the brightness level?

Either go into the Emissive channel for the lights and lower the Lumen value until it looks right or go into Tone Mapping and change the values for the camera, or both to balance the light in the image.
