Missing TIF files [Altern8 - Skin Shader System for Genesis 8]

I just bought Altern8 - Skin Shader System for Genesis 8, among other products. When I try to addy the Darius 8 A Gen Shader or the  Darius B Gen Shader to a Genesis 8 male model, I get the following errors:

Missing Files

Some assets needed to load the file were missing. The content may not work as expected. The following files could not be found:

runtime/textures/daz/characters/genesis8/darius8/darius8_veins_arms_nm_1004.tif

Error for Darius 8 B Gen Shader:

Missing Files

Some assets needed to load the file were missing. The content may not work as expected. The following files could not be found:

runtime/textures/daz/characters/genesis8/darius8/darius8_veins_legs_nm_1003.tif

The files are not present in the ZIP file.

The product page has the following description:

Compatible Figures: Genesis 8 Female, Genesis 8 Male, Genesis 3 Female, Genesis 3 Male

No requirements are listed on the product page; I assume the Darius 8 product should have been listed as a requirement. The shader doesn't seem to be working when I click on the OK button. I can't find a way to contact the vendor.
