Membergroup Help- no longer in PC members

Somehow my forum member group changed and threw me back into the general populace. My PC memberhship is still active according to my account info. Can someone kindly throw me back in there? =D

    You will have to submit a support ticket so they can add you back in. We don't have the powers to do it

    Maybe you received a refund in Store Credit, that seems to trigger this sometimes.

    That I did. About the same time as it happened too, based on time zones.

    I have had this happen 2 or 3 times in the past. Usually on a weekend. Sorry this has happened to you.
