Collective3d Neighborhood Block 1 Missing Files

RedSoulRedSoul Posts: 60

I bought this bundle: https://www.daz3d.com/collective3d-neighborhood-block-1

However, after I manually install it, I found that it was missing quite a bit and loaded as a textureless black area.
I would post the list of everything it's missing, but it made this post too long. But it's missing the Data folder and just about everything in the Runtime folder.

I downloaded the file directly from my downloads page and added it where it was supposed to be, but it seems that the download offered is what I ended up with.
None of the separate pages for each of the parts mentioned any requirements, so it seems that this vendor forgot to include thise critical files (which does explain why the file size was smaller than I thought such a product would be).

Are you sure it was "where it was supposed to be"? If a manual isntall doesn't work, and (as here) there hasn't been a flood of complaints in the forum, the suspicion must be that the /Data folder, and probably the /Runtime folder, are misplaced. Where did you put those folders, and what are your content directories?

I install manually all the time, and everything tends to works after I put them were it's supposed to go.

Both the Data and Runtime folders are missing from the download itself. I redownloed it again just now, and it's the same deal.

Actually, now that I've looked into it, it seems that I have to download each of the parts separately instead of as that bundle (which is on its own page with its own download for some reason), so I'll try that.

Yes, that would be normal - you get the packages from the bundled items as they are for solo purchass, if there's a package for the bundle as such it's additional content unique to the bundle.
