No thumbnails for older products?

I was just using an older A3 item (Plebeian) and I noticed it did not have any image thumbnails... as I looked though my other older DAZ stuff I noticed many have no thumbnails at all, nothing, not even .rsr... could this be some weird mac problem, or did older stuff not have thumbnails?...
I'm really wondering how I never noticed this... or maybe I forgot... I don't really know... its weird because free items I have, which appear to be contemporary to the items in question include png thumbnails.
Then again I hardly ever render images with figures, so it really does not surprise me that I have not noticed this... or have forgotten.

    Some older Mac versions did not, but AFAIK all of those have been updated long since.

    I suppose most of the ones I'm looking at were purchased at some sale not too long before the site change... I will DL them again and see if there has been any change... Thanks!


    Edited to ad- I just went and downloaded an couple and they now contain RSRs... I'll have to convert them, but at least I have an image!
