Fallen clothes, clothes on the ground

Can one use any type of piece of clothign like a shirt and have it laying on the ground as if fallen or can you only use a dForce clothing item?

Thx

You can do some clothes like that, but results are very variable!  Some clotehs have special 'props' versions or morphs to do this.  You may be able to use dForce on almost any item to just get a 'mess' on the floor, not just a specific dFore-enabled item.

Mess on the floor is what i want actually, but of same article of clothing the character had on. How to i apply the dForce to said article?

@plarff "How to i apply the dForce to said article?"

How about loading the article, by itself.  into the scene. Poisition it somewhere above the floor, adjust gravity and wind as you like, then simulate.

Mmmm ill try that thx.. at the moment its on the floor in it's natural or body state as if it's been washed in cement and it dried, now floating partly above the ground... Scary to see.

Depending on the item I'd place it about a 1/4 of a DAZ figure above the floor and rotate it back about 45 degrees, then after adding dForce dynamic settinsg to items and dForce static to floor doing the simulation.  Might use bones of item to fold arms/legs a bit first.
