Install Manager Default Filters.zip???

I somehow downloaded this zip file....    IM00014811-02_InstallManagerDefaultFilters.zip   What do I do with it?????

You can install it by dropping it in the Install Manager downloads folder, assuming you use DIM. It adds a number of pre-defined filters for showing only certain types of product - in DIM click the magnifying glass icon next to the filter text box at top-right.
