Can't find my Poser files in DAZ 4

I've installed DAZ 4 several times and I always end up going back to DAZ 3, simply because no matter what I do I cannot find the Poser models I've gathered over the years, I don't have this problem with DAZ 3 and obviously don't have the knowledge to figure this out on my own.

    Content Library > Poser Formats

That doesn't help; there is a "Poser Formats" listed, but there is nothing in it.

You need to go to Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, and make sure that the library that you are using to hold your content (My Library?) is listed as BOTH DAZ Studio Formats and Poser Formats.

List EXACTLY the same path in both, do not list the Runtime folder in Poser Formats, but the folder that 'holds' it (My Library?)

I tried following the instructions (The pictures were appreciated) and nothing happened, so I'm going back to DAZ 3.

DS3 and DS4 work the same way in respect of finding your content, you have to tell DS3 where your content is, and DS4 is no different in that respect.

Where is your Poser content located? What did you enter in the Content Directory manager for the path to it? You MUST enter exactly the same path for both formats, DS and Poser, you do NOT finish the path with Runtime in the poser path. If you can post a screenshot of your Content Directory Manager, with the expanded listing of both formats, and their paths, I am certain that we can get it sorted out for you.

I have the same issue of OCT1971, and i have a mac OS (probably this version of DAZ 4.7 is bugged), the behaviour is weird but it is true. Both Daz and Poser content are in the same directory "My library".
This was working fine keeping the default installation folder, that is inside my User, and folder "My documents", the primary hard drive.
When i decided to move everything to a secondary "/Volumes/macback/DAZ/My Library" folder, and i modified the path on both records in the "Content Directory Manager", i fond that the DAZ content is there as before, but the Poser content is not... i tried to clean the hidden files of mac (.DS_Store and all ._* but nothing, DAZ can't see there is a "Runtime" folder there).

Now i try to install DAZ 4.8 hoping this is fixed.

Is the second drive cobstantly attached?

What is the full path to your Runtime folder?
