I could have sworn there was a mirror shader. I can picture it, the icon was just a sphere that said mirror. I thought it was under glass but I can't find it for the life of me! Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
If you play with the Glossiness value between 0.9 and 1, and the Glossy Layered Weight Value, you can achieve some interesting results. Glossiness 1 and Layer Weight 1 gives you a pure mirror.
You can use any of the metal shaders As Richard suggested. Mirrors are hard to set up to look right but the metal shaders work good as a work around.
Yes, they are. Some of the issues I have with them are they tend to make everything in the reflection look too dark and/or highlights on surfaces in the reflection look overly bright. If I use a metal shader, I usually brighten the base color which reduces or eliminates the problem with the reflections being darkened too much.

I usually use one of the polished metal presets.

There iss a post that I used to get mirror shaders here: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207530543-Getting-reflections-in-mirrors-in-iray
If you are using Iray...
1. Apply the Nickel Shader to the mirror surface
2. Change Glossy Reflectivity to 1.0
3. Change Glossy Roughness to 0.01
It's worked pretty well for me. It's basically what Richard said.
Here's one I always use.

There is also a mirror shader in this bundle : https://www.daz3d.com/mec4d-pbs-shaders-vol-2-for-iray

Look here for an included mirror finish shader. Or just do the workaround with a polished metal shader as suggested previously.
