"Maximum quantity allowed" Store error

Anyone else getting a "The maximum quantity allowed for purchase is 1." error in the store? I was trying to get the Ms Magic outfit and I don't have the item in the basket, I don't have it in the order history, and I even cleared all my cookies, but it still gives that error. I had it once a few months ago I think. Anyone else run into this?

    did you try adding something else to your cart and then removing it, that usually works for me...

    This sometimes occurs due to a glitch in the system. The item is actually in your cart but needs a 'refresher'. Add any random item into your cart and remove it. It should clear up the problem.

    LOL, not with this guy. I've been described a lot of ways, I don't think "rich" was ever one of them. I wish.

    This also happens if you add an item twice to your wishlist, which sets the quantity to two.
