This is Strange. Please help.
I have attached two renders of two problems I'm having in "dressing" my morph so the scene is not yet complete. But here's the problem. I using Regency Christmas (http://www.daz3d.com/regency-christmas) I posed her and I want to keep the pose, however, her leg breaks through the dress. There are posing morphs in the original product (http://www.daz3d.com/sensibility-for-victoria-4) that doesn't seem to translate to the new texture. I tried "mesh smoothing" and that didn't work. Anyone have an idea how I can fit this without having to do it in post work?
Secondly, what in the world is wrong with her shoes? I can't get the shoes to look right. I used sensibility-expansion here
(http://www.daz3d.com/sensibility-expansion) and tried to add the new texture from here. (http://www.daz3d.com/sensibility-and-expansion-packs-unimesh-fits) Note: I can't be completely sure this is where I got the texture from. There's no shoes on the product page but it is in the product.Unfortunately, "By Laurie Stanley All rights reserved...etc.," is written on the shoes and the texture will not line up right.
It is kind of funny but I paid for this and I would love for it to work right.

The skirt and overskirt you should have posing handles to help you move the side of the dress
this is what I get in Poser. It may be different in DS.
Thanks but there are no posing handles in this program. When I purchase Poser products there are handles even when I use the product in Daz so I'm aware of what you're saying. However there are none here. Daz usually have the sliders under "morphs" for the product but there are none in this product.
Which version of D|S are you using (Autofit works quite well in the current version, not so well in earlier versions), and is that a V4 figure or Genesis? Can't help much without knowing that.
I'm looking at my own installation of that dress, and I've noticed something that's been cropping up recently — the dress morphs are not in a separate "morphs" category on the Parameters tab, they're all jumbled together in the "General" category. I'm sure this is wrong, maybe someone should raise a bug report about it.
No idea what's up with the shoes, I just tried a few different D|S MATs and they looked OK. Are you sure those textures are actually for the Sensibility shoes? There are a lot of texture sets for this clothes set, and it isn't an easy job keeping them all straight; some of the folder names are less than helpful.
All working for me, the dress that is. No Idea about the shoes sorry. But you can go in to the Surfaces Pane with the shoes selected and look at the texture map and Browse to where the maps are installed to see if the right map is loading. Just click on the small image in the Dissue channel and click on Browse. You can also hover the mouse over the small thumbnail and it will enlarge.
Thanks Kitty, I'm using Daz Studio 4.6 Pro. She is V4 figure and thanks so much for the heads up on the General Category. Maybe that's where I should look. I will try that. As for the sensibility shoes, goodness knows what's the deal with them. I think I've purchased just about all the Sensibility products including Sense-Winter, all the Regencies etc. for Michael and Victoria and even several unimeshs for other morphs. I will try several other things but the shoes themselves are fine and they parent to V4's feet very well. It's the texture that's the problem. I don't want the shoes blue but that seems to be the only texture that works. I may try to change it through the surfaces tab as I had to with the parasol.
I will try your suggestions with the dress and reply back. Thanks so much for your help. I greatly appreciate it.
Thanks Szark and Kitty, you guys are the bomb. !!!!! It is in General. I have no idea why I just didn't check all the sections. I think I'm just too spoiled. LOL. Anyway, thanks again guys.
Still don't know what to do about those shoes. But I will definitely try the suggestions here. Kitty you're right about all the textures for Sensibility. I had to create a flow chart for all the products. Too funny. I'm making this one for a book cover and I'm using several including the several of the Regencies for Michael. For me, Regency for Michael has been having problems too so I'm sure I'll be back. It's great to know there are wonderful people here for just about immediate help. Thanks again.
