Dark Winds missing file?

Or is it just me? When I go to load the texture on to the Corset it gives me a missing file error, 4blueyes_velvet.jpg. The rest of the files are in the runtime/textures. It was originally installed using DIM, and I even tried deleting/re-downloading/re-installing it, but no joy.

Is anyone else having this problem?
