Uninstall / Reinstall

I have uninstalled daz and am attempting to reinstall.

It starts the process and then just hangs up and will not continue.

    Assuming you mean Daz Studio, as people usually do when they say Daz, are you using the stand-alone installer or Install Manager? Mac or Windows, and which version? What security software are you running?

  • Redownloaded the product, using that install. window 10 it install fine the first time. i just screwed the files up loading content in the wrong place.

    Well, reinstalling won't affect settings anyway.

    Try restarting Windows, in case something has become "stuck".

    Open Install manager, click the gear icon to open preferences, and then click the log button to open the log file - if you scroll down to the end, then work your way back up to the start of the current session you should see any references to errors installing DS just above that.
