v4.2 and all v4 content is suddenly gone?

Hi did you recall all the v4,2 stuff? or did i get hit again?

Remember that it's Poser format content, so will appear under Poser Formats in the Content Library - and that it must be installed to a directory listed as a Poser Formats content directory.
the only thing of mention, was a windows critical updaqte ,i let happen. After the up-date nothing in Daz 10 worked...i couldnt actually click on any tab or menue. If it interfears with daz i dont go any further. The best idea seemed to be to undo the last update thru recovery. So , i , did . Daz was still the same ... i thought i would uninstall and reinstall,,,so i did. This time i didnt reinstall the "Beta" versions. That got me back into the program and it found my old content. However when i went for my V4.2, or in any way to find the v4.2 model, she was gone. ...it was a snap tp bring up the Insatll Manager...scroll down to"installed content". She was still there. So i uninstalled from the install manager and reinstalled. Now it seems that the model "v4, V4.2" is right where it used to be and works fine as far i can tell. However when i went to Daz store and typed in V4,V4.2, there was only 1-2 listing for her. Thats when i statarted to think i might want to ask questions........ So thanks for the reply! Daz, in all ways, has world class after the sale customer service!
What you have to remember is that the Daz store software hides anything that you have already bought, to save you accidently buying it twice. You can disable this feature by unselecting the box that says "Hde Items I Own" before you do a search.
