Nylyssa Shaders

I am trying to apply one of Nylyssa's darker shaders to her skin and it isn't loading.  I've tried rendering to see if it just didn't show up in the scene builder but  no such luck.  Every other skin shader I just double click to apply and it goes on but not with these.  Anyone have a solution or encountered this?

How did you install? If you check Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File just after trying to apply the preset, are there any errors relating to the file right at the end of the log?
