Atlas Texture not working correctly

I'be been trying to create a texture atlas for genesis 8 without success. I don't know if this happens with other genesis versions.
But when I create the texture atlas (untitled.png) the Body, Hands and Legs do not get the correct uvs.
In the second image (Untitled2.png) black spots appear and the ivs seems wrong.
Am I doing something wrong?

Go to the Surface pane select all surfaces of the figure(s) there and look if you have to manualy switch the UV layout to the one texture atlas had created.
