question about custom full body morphs

Hi all, first i hope this is the right forum to post this question in, if not please accept my apologies and move it to where it should belong.

My question is the following: if i create a genesis character using many dials both from base (free) and commercial morphs kits, eventually refining my work in an external modelling program to alter the mesh (like softening spikes or moving around some vertexes in a way i couldn't do through dials), then create a full body morph from the resulting .obj mesh (and save it as morph asset),

1) would that morph work once distributed even for users that do not have the same morph kits that were used in the final morph creation?

2) would the resulting morph (being a new full body morph) be a legit product to redistribute, even if in its creation many commercial kits were used?

Please, when answering take into account i'm not asking for anything technical or 'how to-s' but just about rights of use and such matters.

Thanks.

    1) Yes.

    2) No. You can't re-release a derivative work that doesn't require the things of which it is derivative.

You can save the dial preset and sell it (because it will then require the morphs you used), or you can create a fully custom morph in just your modeler and sell it. Those are pretty much your options under the EULA.
