Why does this show

As you can see from the hair, there are some spots that are very visable. When looking through Texture Shaded, it shows normal, as in this isn't even there. But when looking in Iray and even the final product (as you can see), they show up. How do I make them go away?
Please help me someone.

Turn on Noise Filter enable & Firefly Filter enable. Usually only FireFly filter is enabled by default. It should get rid of all or most of it.
How do I do that? I’m still very new to Daz and all this rendering stuff.
In render settings under the 'editor tab
Once rendered, there might still be a little left, for that you may try this little utility; it works for me.....
