GenX2 doesn't show up in Shape tab

Hey,

I'm a total newbie to Daz Studio at this point. Been using Poser for years. I've been browsing and found a lot of GenX2 help threads here but none which actually tackles my particular problem. I went through the entire process several times to make sure but the outcome is always the same. The process of transfering finishes, but even after restarting Studio 4.10, I don't get a "GenerationX" folder in the Shape tab as all tutorials say I would. Does that mean the process wasn't complete or am I doing something wrong which causes the Shape tab not to update? I tried converting a Mike 4 character to Genesis 1, just to test it.

I have Mike 4, the morphs++ and Genesis Starter Essentials correctly installed and also the Generation 4 to Genesis set.

In GenX2 "Morphs" tab , is your new morph listed ?

No, that's the problem if we're talking about the same thing here. I follow the entire process through (and also made sure the M4 morphs were checked when converting) but then it doesn't show up anywhere. The newly created morph for Genesis doesn't show up in the morphs tab and not under shapes either. According to the tutorial, GenX2 supposedly should get it's own category there under "Actor" but there is nothing there, neither in Genesis' root nor the head.
