What does this mean, please?

It means Daz Studio itself hadn't finished installing - until it has the plug-ins don't know where they should go. Even once you have DS installed, and are installing a future update, it's best to let the application finish its installation before starting the plug-ins.

Also, you haven't told Install Manager about your versions of ZBrush (for GoZ) and Photoshop (for the 3D Bridge), assunming you have them. To do that, click the gear icon at top-right of the Install Manager window to open Preferences, go to the Applications tab, click the + button, set the application details (what it is, what version), then click the ... button to set the path to the actual application.
