Problems Downloading and Installing

Hi, first time trying to use Daz3D and I can't even get it installed lol.

1. Can't download DIM. With either Chrome or Edge, and attempted to download with two different PC's both running Win10.
2. Downloaded Manual Install "DAZ Studio 4.10 (Win 64-bit)"
3. Manual wont install. 
   1. After right click > run as admin: it takes forever to get the permission screen to popup and allow to install
   2. After that it takes forever to get a little window to popup titled "DAZStudio_4.10.0.123_Win64"
   3. The window is empty and nothing happens after.
4. Created a new windows user account with admin privlages
5. Still couldn't download DIM
6. Downloaded manual to desktop 
7. Tried to install again as admin same issues

So is there anyway to actually install this thing? :D

Had you previously run as adminsitrator (rather than just run normally from an admin account)? That is likely to cause issues.What security software are you using?

I use default Windows Defender and Malwarebytes Premium.

So, none of the green DIM "Download & Install" buttons seem to work on any computer I try. However, below them there is text that says "* Requires latest version of Install Manager" and that one allowed me to download DIM.

It seems to work now that I removed the installation from the secondary drive and installed it onto the primary. I think there are some UAC issues installing DAZ Studio onto the secondary HD with either windows or maybe my anti-virus.
