Crushing/flattening effect on models?

As if they were crushed by a heavy object.
I know that sounds a bit morbid, but it's something that I have been looking into. However, I can't see to get it just right. Using hidden perimeters to play around with individual X, Y, or Z scales works only if the model is left in their default T-pose; moving any limb will cause it to stretch out, perhaps to infinity (and beyond).
The d-Former, unless I'm doing something wrong, seems to only work on the model itself, not any hair or clothing attached to them. And the flattening effect also seems to move with limb as well if they are turned rather than maintaining it in place.
Is there a way to get this desired effect, either in the program or with a morph or add-on?

Rames44 just told me about this morph: https://sharecg.com/v/86616/view/21/DAZ-Studio/Clothes-Hanging-Morph It's free but for G3F. It doesn't change the head, it was designed to be a work-around for hanging clothes.
