How to make a breast bridging slider

There are many products that help attain a more natural look for the clothes around the female breast area like SY Clothing Breast Helper.

However, these products are designed to work correctly for an average sized/proportioned character. Very often, for a character having a heavily customized chest, body size and breasts, the results are far from being satisfactory.

My question: If I would like to create a slider designed specifically for one given character, is there an "easy" way to make it? What are the principles/steps involved?

While I no longer use the Genesis figure, Jabba made the Pin-Up Pack that includes two Sweater Girl morphs for the effect you are after. It is possible to transfer some older morphs to new figures but not those.
