So, slowly I've been trying to port some of my characters from V4/M4 over to G2 using GenX to transfer morphs over.

I have found that one of the morphs I'm trying to transfer, but for some reason it won't select. 

Has anyone else come acorss this or do some morphs require something special to be transfered?

When you say "select", do you mean when you browse to the location of that character's .cr2 file and click on it, the GenX dialogue does not populate with the figure and character?
