Daz Studio 4.9 Keyboard Shortcuts

What am I doing wrong? Every 4.9 shortcuts URL I look at appear to be the same commands, yet none work.

Do I need something enabled on the top toolbar to get it to work...or?
I was specifically interested in the Viewport 'Zoom' controls- supposedly Shift+Z and Shift+A.

Window>Workspace>Customise, if you look at the bottom you can see the accelerators for the viewport, and in tabs for other viewport tools, while the command list on the left shows keyboard shortcuts next to the command name. If they are all missing it may be that your acitons list is corrupt - click the Import buton at the bottom of the dialogue, select Actions in the dialogue, and reload the base set (or just use Window>Workspace>Select Layout).
