texture un-aligns in iray

shot one.. scrren grab.. showing textures on side wall (mulitple segments set to same vertical offset etc) 
shot two . render in iray .. notice the shift in the rear side wall
shot three render in 3dl  shift didn't take place 
---
any suggestions for how to handle this? 
outside of running the viewport in iray with attendent speed lags?

    First glance at the Iray render I was ready to say the UV map was bad. But then 3Delight rendered it okay. :(

    A couple of questions...

    1. Where is the wall from? Is it something you created or something you acquired?

    2. For the Iray surface settings, in the Geometry section, are you doing any tiling? And if so, is there any offset applied to the tiles?
