Daz uses only CPU to render not GPU

I have almost read all the forums on this issue but nothing seems to help me around. I am new to Daz. I have an GT-840m 4GB ddr3, Windows 10 pro, 8gb ram and a Dual core Intel i5 4thGen.
I also installed CUDA toolkit 9.2 (while installing, I unchecked Visual Studio integration, it was causing error{Installation failed})
I have only tried rendring from Iray, which is actually using only CPU. my GPU is like 0% usage, while CPU is 99%. I havn't tried 3Delight.
please help, Thank you.
Edit: the History tab shows this, while rendering:

The log file (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File) will give the full history of the render - you should be able to find where it drops to CPU. However, are you sure it is? The new GPU stats in Windows 10 task Manager do not give an accurate measure by default, and with only 8GB or RAM your system may be working hard trying to manage its memory even if the GPU is doing the actual rendering.
That's why I said "by default"
Is 8GB ram not enough???? + should I install Windows 7, I have heard its better than 10 for rendering. Should I give it a try?
8GB is not a great deal of RAM, no - not impossibly little, but probably the minimum that you can use and easy to exhaust.
Windows versions are a topic for endless debate, the main argument against Windows 10 compared to 7 seems to be the need to avoid automatic resets for updates (though generally that's only once per month) and the amount of RAM available on the GPU (though if that's a laptop with only one display connection you may not be greatly affected there).
The specs for my laptop is in the signature at the bottom of this post. I am running a render just now that is using 7.75 GB and the total usage for the laptop is 13.6 GB, I have 16 GB installed. I would say 8 GB will struggle just to run the computer and you may not get the use of your 4 GB card either.
Thanks everyone for taking time into my problem, I don't know how but its working good now on its own, I think it was probably High memory consumption which my Card couldn't handle so Daz switched to CPU.
Thank you
