Product Not As Advertized.

I recently purchased "Creature Creator HD for Genesis 2 Male(s)" [ https://www.daz3d.com/creature-creator-hd-for-genesis-2-male-s ] which is suppose to include the following pacakge --> "Creature Creator for Genesis 2 Male(s)" [ https://www.daz3d.com/creature-creator-for-genesis-2-male-s ].

According to the description, it is suppose to include 4 full bodies, 22 full heads, 11 partial bodies, 56 partial heads, etc. Well, my entire folder contains only 40 items and 12 of those items are loincloth textures.

Unless I'm not understanding something, a LOT of stuff is either missing or not as advertized.

I purchased this package because I was mainly interested in the shiny alien morph -- the guy that looks like Silver Surfer. But he is nowhere to be found.

The install was done via DIM and I tried re-installing it via a manual install but I still can't find him any where. Can anyone point me in the right direction and / or instruct me how I can go about getting a refund for something that wasn't as advertized?

Thanks in advance.

On the parameter's tab, search for: exo

I applied the DS default resources Iray shader: Metal - Aluminum - Brushed in the attached sample

Thank you. That helped a lot, One question. How do I do the last part with the Iray Shaders? Where do I look for these?

Most of the time when you buy a package of morphs, you will find them in the Shaping panel. You often need to have the figure selected at the root of the hierarchy (the name of the model). Often they will be under the parts of the body they affect (ears, head, etc.). Iray shaders should be under Shader presets> Iray>Daz Uber.

    With Genesis 2 male selected,
    1. Go to the Surfaces Tab,
    2. Select the Skin-Lips-Nails surfaces group (to select all of the skin surfaces),
    3. Expand the Surfaces group, press Ctrl and click on the Lips surface.
    4. Double click on a shader preset of your choosing.
