Trouble with reinstalling Daz

I had to have my laptop worked on. When they fixed it they wiped all the programs off so I had to download and install daz again. I downloaded Daz studio 4.10 and then signed on and to my account and downloaded the daz install manager.  But something went wrong. I can not load anything. I just have icons that don't do anything when I click on them.I went into das install manager and downloaded the genesis 1- 8 essentials and even donloaded the basic genesis male and females for genesis ,2,3 and 8 but that didn't help. Any ideas on what to do?

    To take a screen shot open the Windows menu and type Snipping, launch the Snipping Tool application, click New, and drag out a rectangle to define the area you want, then click the disc icon to save it.

    Those icons are for products that lack a product level thumbnail - there seems to be an issue with those currently, it's affecting a lot of us. I'm not sure why they do nothing - had you installed the content through DIM?

    I did install through dim. But I tried again and this time another window opened  and this window had an icon with a picture of that character (figure). I clicked on it and the figure loaded. So I amy be all right. Thanks
