My account is not working properly.
I don't get the free stuff when I am logged in. My platinum club membership is no existent and when I go to the contact us page I get the following.
A DAZ account is required to submit a help request. Don't have one yet? Create an account.

Please fix.

    Greetings,
    I think there may be some issues with the PA / PC membership; I saw mention of it in another thread. You are listed as a PA, so you'd probably need to talk to some PA services contact to figure out what's going on.

    I am not a PA any more so can someone in DAZ please sort this out.

    To send a Support ticket just enter the SAME info as you use to login to the Site. That will create the account for you.

    If you get the screen that says you need to create an account to Send a request, you still need to click on the submit a ticket button and then log in. The Forum log in is separate to the Secure log in side of the site, and the secure side does log you out from time to time.

    Edited to add that as you are no longer a PA you no longer get PA privileges.
