can animate2 keyframes be merged with timeline keyframes?

I have created a lipsync animation using mimic plugin.. which creates the keyframes using the main timeline.. then I have animated the model using Animate2 aniblicks..

when I bake the animate2 aniblocks to the main timeline keyframes.. are these keys merged with the existing timline keyframes?

because after I bake the animate keyframes and export the scene as FBX file.. the animate keys are gone and I have only the lipsync keyframes.
