Weight Map Projection Template for Shoes?

I've modeled some shoes and I'm creating weight maps for it.  It's for Genesis 8.  For the most part, the standard projection does ok, except for the toe region. I probably I can fix that, but I'm wondering if there's a better way— using a projection template specially made for making shoes? 

I've seen some use their own template for shoes, but I'm guessing they made their own?  Is there one I can download and install for use?
