Daz Content Manager - Installation Error

Hopefully this is the right place for this as www.daz3d.com/i/support is not available.
I am using DAZStudio_4.6.0.18_Win64 to install and DAZStudio itself has no problem, its when the installation reaches Content manager that I receive this message:
The Installation of the "DAZ Content Management Service" has encountered an error.
You may need to contact customer support for assistance.
My OS is windows 7 premium 64bit, ive deleted folders after installation and reinstalled several times and it doesnt seem to work.

Delete dazcontentmanager from services with CMD and reinstall all
You can also uninstall CMS in Windows, from Start > All Programs > DAZ 3D.
DS4.6 will reinstall the latest version of CMS as part of the main DS4.6 install.
