Why can't I install DSON? How can I get Genesis over to Poser?

I have been trying to install DSON so I can get my Genesis 8 character over to Poser.  I've been racking my brain.

I have followed the tutorials but first I don't think it installs DSON on my system.  Then the other problem is I don't see where it even puts my files and why that area that I need is blank.

How do I get it to Poser if the option is missing and I cannot even find the folder.  Oh I did do the change rigging part it said.  

Please help.  My project depends on it.

On the first issue, you need to lie - click the gear icon at top-right of the main Install Manager window to open Preferences, go to the Applications tab, click the + button to add an application - but tell it you have Poser Pro 2014, not Poser 11 (assuming that you have been telling it you have Poser 11).

However, Genesis 3 and Genesis 8 are not supported in Poser as Poser does not support the skin binding type used. Soem people have been happy using a reduced version of the figures (converting the skin binding and using a utility to fix the expressions) but that is only an approximation.

it won't even let me do genesis 3 and there are folks who do 8 as well using the genesis 3 method. I'm doing it because I want to use the toon render in  realtime that poser has.
