Does it usually take long? it's been a while.
It can take a few days if not more. Sometimes you're lucky and hit a slow period and get it the same day or next.
Customer Support is normally a weekday thing, not often anyone around at the weekend, unless it is very very busy.
I was told that I was given credit, but I don't see any way of using it, nothing is being subtracted when I try to make another transaction. How can I used this "credit"?
There should be an option while checking out. On the payment info screen there's a checkbox to use store credit.
