[Solved] Does anyone knows why this is happening?

Hello! I actually don't know when this started to happen.
There are a few items in my library that are actually causing the same issue when double clicked.
If I drag and drop them, they open normally.
Just installed the new version 4.11 of DAZ but the probem is still there. Same problem with 4.9 and 4.10.
Does anyone knows why this happens?

My guess is that you do not have your content directories setup and these items are installed somewhere that is not listed.
If you right-click on the Product (in Smart Content>Products tab or Content Library>Products list) does the context menu give Install or Uninstall?
Yes, it gives me the option to uninstall Genesis 2 Essentials.
By the way, also Genesis 2 male doesn't load.
My content directories are set up right. It was working before. Then suddenly this happened. I am clouless. Not that it affects my workflow because I can still load the items by drag and drop but it bothers me a bit not to know why this is happened. :-)
Ok! Problem solved! I uninstalled and reinstalled, not it's working again! Thanks Richard! :-)
If it says Uninstall that means it was installed via Connect at some point, if those files were then either removed or their directory unmapped then DS would still try to load those versions rather than a DIM/manual install.
Ok, so which way is better? Probably still the "old" DIM/manual install, I never had problems with that :-)
Better for what? Connect is good for those on limited bandwidth as updates need to get only the updated files. It also separates the products, reducing confusion from shared assets that are in more than one product (at the ecost of a little more disc usage).
Got it! Thanks Richard! :-)
