Megalodon Shark Won't Change Its Skin - Texture Help, Please

I'm doing a render with the Megalodon (Great White Shark) from DAZ.

Because of the story I'm illustrating, I needed a new set of colors/textures for the meg. So, I made them up in Photoshop, then went into the Materials Room, and changed the body, inner jaws, and eyes.

In the preview, it looks fine -- all full of those new textures.

But, when I render it, it comes out as The Same Old Meg -- with the colors I _thought_ I just replaced.

I have no idea why this is happening, though I feel like I ran into something similar before. (Don't remember if I solved the problem, though.)

Can somebody please throw me a line here, and help me out?

Thanks in advance!

What software? It sounds like you may be using Poser, if so, what version?

What operating system are you using, Windows, Mac?

Did you use new names for your files? Have you restarted Poser?

Yes, I used new names (and locations) for the new skin files. Worked fine to change the color of the outfit of one of the characters in the scene, but not the shark.

    System is Windows 7.

    Program is Poser 9.

    Figure is DAZ's Megalodon/Great White.

    Any of that help?

i could make some screen caps, but I backtracked and started using shaders to rough up the shark's skin after getting frustrated with the textures.
