Will there ever be a fix for the not at (0, 0, 0) iRay rendering problem?

Will there ever be a fix for the not at (0, 0, 0) iRay rendering problem?

eg, just today, even though the character (Jonah HD for Ollie 8) was only about (335, -75, 665) from (0, 0, 0) the eyes rendered dark, mostly noticable in the sclera appearance, like transparency or refraction wasn't working correctly. 

I've since shifted the enviroment to (-335, 75, -665) and the character to (0, 0, 0) but I will have 3 other characters in my camera viewfinder.
