How to Fit objects under clothing?

Hello,
Not sure if this is easily done? Is there a way to have articles of clothing fit to a character and an object placed touching the character. Example would be a tenis ball under a shirt or in a pocket. I would like to be able to apply clothing and have it shape to the character and the tennis ball. Hope this makes sense? Right now if I do it, the clothing just ignores the object as if its not there, like you would expect.
Thanks In Advance!

You could try applying a smoothing modifer, if there isn't one already, and setting the collision target to the ball. You could try using dForce, if the clothing is able to use dForce. Failing that, the fallback position is to use a dForm.
If it's an animation, dForce is probably going to be your best bet. You can use the Geometry Editor to select a small area of the shirt or pants where the tennis ball will be, create a new surface, apply a DForce modifier to it, set the Dynamics of all surfaces except the one you created to 0, and then parent the ball to whatever body part the ball will be near (hip or thigh for pocket, abdomen for shirt).
This may also work if you're doing multiple stills where the tennis ball will be in each frame. It will give you a more realistic look than a d-Former, which will just create a blob of stretched clothing. Dforce will include natural wrinkles, depending on the mesh resolution of the clothing item.
Thank You!
It is for a still. No animation.
Thanks!
Hi. I have one more question. I have more or less the same need on a still and I can't use Dformer (that doesn't want to work... the field disappear from the throusers on which I need a deformation)
A smoothing modifies would be perfect... but I need that the collision are on 2 object, not just one. How can I do?
As an alternative, I would gladly use Dformer, but I can't: The deformation that the object must contain is on the leg of a trouser. Unfortunately, when I shrink and move the dformer field towards the trouser leg, it disappears.
I probably can't use it, but ... can anyone help me?
The dForm field lines up with the zeroed shape of the model, if it's posed and you move the field to its new position you are not going to achieve the intended result. You could try loading a second set of the the trousers, not fitted to the figure so theya re in their base state, and use that as a guide for placing the field.
thanks ^_^
