Is there a way to use the CCT's Transfer Utility with a figure other than Genesis?

Up until now I've only modeled props and such, but I've been playing with Marvelous Designer this past week, and came up with something halfway decent. Now I want to be able to use the CCT's Transfer Utility with V4, but the only thing listed in the Source drown-down list is the imported prop of what I created.
I know that Genesis will show up in the list if it were in the scene, but isn't there way to use this with any of the gen4 characters?
If so, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could enlighten me as to how to do it.
FYI, I'm using DS 4.0 Pro.
Thanks in advance.

you can, or anything else, if you convert them to triax weightpainting under edit, rigging in the scene tab.
I do that to add LAMH geometry fur to animals.
Ohhhhh Wendy thank you. I saw that option and was wondering what it was for.
So, IOW, I load up a V4.2 base and transfer her to triax and then she'll show up in the Transfer Utility's drop-down list.
Thank you ma'am, much appreciated.
Converting to Tri-Ax is never a good idea, especially not with V4 as she bends terribly after conversion and her morphs (especially A4 & G4) are a mess.
yes none of that an issue for me
as I do so to export fbx into iClone so retargetting of bones happening anyway.
and only morphs included on that particular character (use current and near vertices)
Oh I don't plan to use the converted V4 as a character. I just did it so I could start the conversion process of an outfit I created in MD3. I couldn't use the CCT's Transfer Utility because the default V4 doesn't show up in the Source file list. That's the only reason I would do it.
