How fun, thank you for sharing!  I can see the tendon morph on the hand there at least, I'm glad you found it. :)

You guys have shot this freebie to page 1 in the rankings on ShareCG in less than a month.  Thanks to everyone who rated it after they downloaded it and I hope you're all finding it useful. :)

Is it permissible to use this to create a sold product? (IE: as part of the sculpting process)

(It says unrestricted use, but just want to be 100% clear. ;)

Yep.  The only thing you can't do is directly copy the morph .dsfs and resell those.  As long as you're exporting to obj and reimporting to create your own, you're good.  There's a text license included with it that explains in more detail, but basically I just want people to do some kind of work with it.  No credit or anything like that is necessary.

    Awesome.

It’s one of those things; I CAN sculpt stuff, but it’s nice to save some time. Thanks!

Many thanks, SY ... helpful for those of us who have not yet invested in the Zev0 sets. Not that these are in any way replacements for the Zev0 collection but they do add a little more realism or a few more options. I only have two G8 characters so can't justify buying a lot of commercial morphs.

There will never be a substitute for Zev0's morphs, lol. Especially the aging sets with their amazing HD details. He is the king of realistic morphs.

Yes, that's the main reason I'm still mostly using G3... I have Zev0's full set of G3 morphs from child to granny with a multitude of shapes in between. The two G8 characters I have are both in the senior age group which made them good alternatives to my G3 elders.

Yes but... some of the elderly figures they have had out recently are OUTSTANDING... AND Zevo has aging morphs for the G8 series as well now. :)

  • Kinda late but thanks I've found these to be very helpful and awesome to use.

Thank you so much for these Sickleyield, I can't afford the G8 and G3 morphs right now, still working on collecting the previous models morphs kits, so this is a big help. I am astounded by your generousity, you do the community proud.

    Thanks for these!

Anyone seeing errors in the logs like this for these though?

2018-11-26 16:08:57.325 WARNING: fileinput\dzassetdaz.cpp(5737): Could not find output property for formula: Genesis8Female:/data/DAZ%203D/Genesis%208/Female/Morphs/SickleYield2018/SY200/PBMSY200WristsThickness.dsf#PHMSY200WristsThickness?value in file : /data/DAZ%203D/Genesis%208/Female/Morphs/SickleYield2018/SY200/CTRLSY200Skinny.dsf

I am not actually using the morphs in the scene, but getting the errors in the log file, like 10 of them for various parts.

  • 3dOutlaw3dOutlaw Posts: 2,471

I found the errors.  In the Skinny and Assymetric dsf's, there are some typos.  On some lines there is a mixup of PHMSY200... and PBMSY200... which cause issues.  There is a %20 in the Abdominal entry in the Skinny file, and NavelBasic is called NavelStandard in the Assymetric file, should be renamed back to NavelBasic, I believe.  (I downloaded this version from DeviantArt)  All esily edited/fixed.

  • Hey I found a bug with the "lengthen legs" morph. Some of the vertices stick from the "upper teeth" geometry and form a spike under mouth as character gets taller. Thanks for the morphs, you're very kind!

  • Thank you very much for the morphs. I was able to create my very first female character. Now looking forward to do the same with G8M :)

I forgot about these. I must put them to work. Very cool! Cheers as always to SickleYield!

  • Thank You! this was exactly what i needed! You got some morphs in here that I have desperately been trying to do with G8

  • Hello can someone help me please? Because I can't register to download the free morph pack. Registration is simply not possible.
  • Every now and then, one runs into a product that really makes a difference. When I discovered these morphs, I was able to cure my primary protagonist of certain uncanny valley-like features that had been bugging me for a long time.

Thank you so much, Sickle Yield... you're on my short list of the most important contributors to our community.

This is cool set of morphs!  Is it too much for me to request a G9 version?

If you are referring to sharecg then try sending them an email. They can help set up the account for you because yes they know they have disabled the usual route.

The dropbox link on the DA page does not require one to be signed in.

I need this and it is at a price I can afford right now!

  • Because of this, I don't think I ever bought the official morphs.

    Belated thanks, @sickleyield
