Appropriate forum to promote a free daz utility?

So I have a small program I wrote to help create DIM files from loose items, What would be the appropriate forum to create a topic about it.

Just want to let folks know it exists, and a place they can give sugestions of features they would like, but don't want to violate any rules.

    This forum would seem best, though you could use the Freebies forum if you are fairly close to having something to release, if only as a beta.
