Broken thumb nails in the Smart Content tab

Hi!
I have reinstralled DAZ 3d and relocated all my content folders. So I uninstalled everything and started installing from scratch. Now when installing certain products, the thumb nail in the Smart Content tab is broken. The product works just fine, except the tumb. I installed with Install Manager, and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. The image shows the product "FW Tobias HD for Genesis 3 Male". Any idea how to fix this? From where are the Studio trying to read the thumbs, and what are they supposed to be called?

    Have you tried the Update Metadata command?

    Yes I have. Makes no difference. I located the jgp file in the "My DAZ 3D Library/Runtime/Support" folder, where I think it should be, and I cant see anything strange with it.

    I just realized that the thumb is broken even when the product isnt installed. After some investigation I identified that it is the jpg file in the folder MyDazConnectLibrary/data/cloud/meta that is broken (0kb). If I delete the broken file and then run "Update Metadata" the file is recreated (fetched from the web?) somehow, but still broken. Any ideas?

    If I manually create an image and then exchange it with the corrupted one, it seems to work (as long as I dont update the metadata). But this is far from ideal.

    I have this too, but from what I have read it is a metadata or daz connect vs DIM thing.  There are several posts in the forums about it, if you use google and add daz 3d to your search terms you will find them.  Someone did post a solution but be warned it seemed tedious if you had a lot to do.

    Interesting read. I tried their suggestions but neither worked for me. The only thing that seems to work is creating a new thumbnail image.

    ok, good to know.  I haven't tried it yet myself, it was a lot of steps and I admit I am lazy ;)

    I was just about to ask the same question. I have two different PCs and I get the same thing on both of them. Tried updating Metadata cammand, nothing, tried deleting the 0kb images, nothing. Looks like I'll have to make my own product image and set it manually, as if it were a item bought somewhere else. Kinda disheartening seeing as it's these things are listed as connect compatable as well as smat content compatable.

    Also for the "Young Grace Hair" I get a big white icon with like a grey M or something in it.
